“We asked this plumber to do a boiler service and also told him that we had noticed a small leak. He gave us a price but cautioned ahead of time that we might need to pay more if he found anything else that needed doing. He agreed to come within 24 hours on a Saturday and came exactly as promised. He found the cause of the leak, went and got the part and fitted it. He was thorough, tidy, courteous, business-like and didn't charge a lot more than his original estimate for staying nearly 3 hours. I was pleased we used his services.”
